Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. (excludes custom orders)

Please allow 7-14 working days for custom orders to be processed before being despatched. 

Receive a tracking number once the courier has collected your package. Once collected, Royal Mail aim to deliver your package the next working day. Please wait up to 3 working days before emailing us if you have not received your order.

Any Orders Placed On Saturday And Sunday Will Be Processed On Monday.

Once your order is shown as delivered, RBEAUTYUK is not liable for any missing post. You will need to speak directly with Royal Mail.
